OK so we have had a Friday which has been a full day in work for me followed by an evening out...and consequently I am writing this after said evening out!
So this will be a very short blog post to simply say that we have enjoyed a fabulous evening out with good friends, at a local pub, with decent food and for some of our group had a good amount of alcohol.
I have enjoyed a couple of glasses of red wine and while Simon plays taxi service for our friends I am typing this blog and boiling the kettle for a cup of tea - very rock and roll!
But it has been great to be out with friends who we haven't seen properly in so long, to enjoy their company and have a giggle and a much need catch-up.
So Simon is home, and the tea awaits.
